1. License Grant
Feather is licensed, not sold, to you by Focus Core LTD. For use strictly under the terms of this agreement.
2. User-Generated Content Policy
By using Feather, you agree not to submit, share, or upload content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations,
Contains explicit, harmful, or abusive material,
Encourages self-harm or illegal activity,
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
3. Termination of Access
Feather, reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service in any way.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription fees auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before renewal.
All purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
Feather does not collect or store your browsing history.
Feather does not track the websites you visit inside the app.
Feather does not sell your data to third parties.
Feather only uses limited third-party services needed to manage subscriptions, payments and app access.
Subscription and purchase information may be processed securely through Apple and Superwall.
Any data handled by Superwall is used only for paywall, subscription and app access functionality.
Feather is designed to work without collecting unnecessary personal information.6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
Misuse or exploit Feather in ways not intended,
Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or security breaches,
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity within the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
Focus Core LTD. is not responsible for:
Damages, losses, or issues resulting from use or inability to use the app,
Reliance on app features for productivity, wellness, or digital health outcomes.
Use of Feather is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Focus Core LTD. may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
